Employers don’t need to see your social media content, unl…ess they are a connection of yours and can see what you are posting. There is plenty of background information and stuff on the web already that is probably public they can use if they are concerned. Some do background checks via criminal records and such anyway, that is what is most important, have laws been broken or such? Then otherwise, your social media is yours and doesn’t 100% reflect who you are as a potential worker. Seems they can be so finicky in this market and are finding excuses to eliminate someone from a job in this tough market as they have to weed out so many people first.
