A quick look at history..why is this so hard to understand?

It is a depressing reality that mad men exist. Terrorist have been committing acts of violence for thousands of years all over the world. The idea that firearms are a large part of our culture here and abroad is a sad thought. However, when you look at the governments that disarmed it people you do not have to go far though history books to see a scary list of the results.

1911 – Turkey disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1915 – 1917 they murdered 1.5 million Armenians.

1929 – Russia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1929 – 1953 they murdered 20 million Russians.

1935 – China disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1948 – 1952 they murdered 20 million Chinese.

1938 – Germany disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1939 – 1945 they murdered 6 million Jews.

1956 – Cambodia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1975 – 1977 they murdered 1 million Educated people.

1964 – Guatamala disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1964 – 1981 they murdered 100,000 Mayan Indians

1970 – Uganda disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1971 – 1979 they murdered 300,000 Christians.

I have seen firsthand what happens to a society that disarms its people and the bloodshed that it creates.
So far this year there have been 100+ worldwide terror attacks(YTD 2016), the wide vast majority by IED type explosives. These attackers will not turn in their weapons (Guns, Bombs, Planes, Box Cutters, Pressure Cookers, Knives Ect) Has anyone really thought why terrorists and whack jobs pick their targets. They are soft targets with no protection (Gun free zones / disarmed citizens). It is laughable that our politicians say gun control, lets ban guns, while surrounded by scores of armed men.

Not one firearm was used in the 9-11 attacks. The problem is not firearms. In the US, the largest crime rates are in cities with firearm bans. Chicago 42 shot and 7 killed this WEEKEND. GUNS ARE BANNED IN CHICAGO. I guess the bad guys don’t follow that law. Gun Bans don’t work

Muslim extremist terror is all over the world. Sharia Law and the people that believe that what we do as a society is wrong is the problem. Womens rights, LGBT rights, Christian Rights under Sharia law are non- existent. Most acts are punishable by death. Its true that only a small percentage of Muslims are terrorist however an extremely high number of terrorists are Muslim.

Everyone has opinions and it’s great that we live in a place that we can voice them. Where were the police during the attack in Orlando, where were they during Sandy Hook, 9-11? They cannot stop what is happening. It is not their fault.

We have to pay attention what is going on around us and if you see something don’t be so politically correct Say Something. The world is a small place, we have to protect our borders, and people first…
